Be Careful with Your Words
Sometimes, I feel that this should be Number #1. Words are a powerful energy ..the world was created with the power of words..everything begins with a word. Words can be used to help and heal, or destroy and hurt…Many people feel that they should just say whatever is on their mind…just randomly dumping whatever is on their mind, never considering the effect of their words..becoming mature will mean “thinking before you speak”..

Even when are disagreeing with someone or in needing to have a difficult conversation …we can be “lovingly” honest…speaking truthfully…with respect, gentleness and humbleness.
Why do I feel that words that you speak are so incredibly important for you to think about before you let them flow from your tongue.. .

Once said, words can never be taken back..the hurt that your words inflict can not be undone..your request for forgiveness may sooth the wound, yet not eliminate the pain..your words spoken in a few seconds..the years will not erase
